1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the Meraki PMS website and platform operated by Meraki Hospitality Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Meraki PMS provides property-management software including booking management, guest messaging, AI-assisted verification and concierge features, and back-office modules. Features may evolve; material changes will be communicated.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for obtaining lawful consent from your guests where required, and for keeping account credentials secure. You must not misuse the service or attempt to access other tenants' data.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing agreed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. (Placeholder — align with final commercial terms.)

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. (Placeholder — counsel to finalize.)
