Contact details you submit through the demo form (name, email, company, property count, message) and standard technical logs. If analytics is enabled, we collect anonymized usage statistics.
3. Guest data in the platform
Within the product, guest identity documents are collected only after explicit consent, stored in private buckets, accessible solely via short-lived links by permitted roles, and audit-logged. Property businesses using Meraki PMS act as data controllers for their guests' data; we act as processor.
4. How we use information
To respond to demo requests, provide and improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time.
