Meraki PMS started as an automation for one property's WhatsApp check-ins. The workflow worked so well — guests verified before arrival, questions answered instantly, staff only pinged when needed — that it grew module by module into a complete property management platform.
Today the platform runs bookings, guest verification, an AI concierge, housekeeping, accounting, point of sale, HR, inventory, CRM, and owner reporting for multi-property operators. “Meraki” is Greek for doing something with soul and care — which is exactly what hospitality is, and exactly what its software should feel like.
We build for the operators legacy PMS vendors forgot: small teams who need enterprise-grade operations without enterprise-grade complexity.
